If you are like me, you have never met a REAL pageant contestant in person. We’ve seen them on T.V.; we’ve read about them; and we may have walked pass them in public and didn’t even know it.

Allow me to introduce you to Ms. Charlene Rhinehart, a REAL pageant contestant (and future winner) of Miss Illinois International. She’s also a Certified Public Accountant,  professional dancer for the Chicago Mustangs, and Toastmaster. She is also from the South Side of Chicago.
